How does the coffee subscription work?

Each month, we curate a selection of premium single-origin coffees from a new country. You choose your roast preference and delivery frequency, and we handle the rest, including brewing tips and flavor profiles for each batch.

Is the coffee freshly roasted?

Yes, we roast our beans to order in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting so it arrives at your door at its peak flavor profile.

Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a shipment, pause your account, or cancel at any time without any hidden fees.

Where do you ship and what are the costs?

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order, with tracking provided for every shipment.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select whole bean to grind at home for maximum freshness, or choose from various grind sizes tailored for drip machines, espresso, or French press.
